Richard Sheridan is the co-founder and CEO of Menlo Innovations in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He is an entrepreneur, author, and software engineer and designer. Sheridan co-founded Menlo Innovations in 2001 to develop world-class software and combat the chaotic nature of the technology industry through an innovative approach to cultivating an enjoyable work environment.

Utilizing The Henry Ford’s resources and inspirational stories, the purpose of the William Davidson Foundation Initiative for Entrepreneurship is to implement programs, tools and spaces that foster entrepreneurship and innovation. In partnership with the William Davidson Foundation, The Henry Ford’s mission is to establish a new program that will launch the next generation of creative thinkers and problem solvers by equipping them with the knowledge, interests and habits to be the entrepreneurs and innovators our country depends on.
